When it comes to sheet metal manufacturing, we aim to have the most capable, advanced, and cleanest equipment around. Our Amada Punch Laser Combination machines gives us unparalleled efficiency, consistency, and capabilities when it comes to sheet metal. These fully automated machines combines the punch and laser cutting process to significantly reduce run times and labor while optimizing nesting and allowing us to run projects unattended and overnight. We also use the latest generation of Amada Press Brakes that are faster, more accurate, and easier to use.

CATALYTIC CONVERTER MANUFACTURING
Our goal is to manufacture the highest quality catalytic converters available. Our canning process is modeled after the OEM and we eliminate as many welds as possible to reduce any leakage from the converter. Our converters are CNC spun form, which gives us an accurate inlet and outlet size and eliminates the need for welding clam shelled converters. We also form our O2 bungs wherever possible and tap them, further reducing failures from welds.

WELDING CAPABILITIES
We do traditional MIG welding but also have laser welding capabilities. We are also introducing robotic welding into our capabilities for greater versatility on the types of material that can be welded.

• IPG Laser Welder - 4 time faster than TIG weding, ablity to weld thin, thick, reflective and dissimilar metal weding with or without wire that is difficult or impossible with traditional methods. Low heat input for minimal part distortion or deformation.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Research and development (R&D) is the heart of our operations and to expedite the prototype to production process we use advanced scanning tools that integrate with our design software. Additionally, we incorporate 3D printing for proof of concepts when required.

• Raise 3D Pro3 Printer - Hyper FFF increasing 300% in productivity while keeping 100% quality, dual extruder 3D printer with large build volume for quicker turn around time.
• Flir One Pro - Thermal imaging camera to help troubleshoot mechanical systems, such as detecting hot spots in the exhaust system.
