RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. At Miller CAT, we strive to provide comprehensive product information to minimize instances of incorrect orders. We continuously enhance our fulfillment process to ensure accurate delivery of products. If there are any issues with your product that we can resolve, please contact us at support@millercat.com. Our goal is to reduce the need for returns, which helps lower costs and reduce the carbon footprint associated with shipping.

Miller CAT does not provide free returns unless the return is necessitated by a company error which excludes "cosmetic imperfections that occur either from the manufacturing or shipping process" as stated in our Warranty Policy. However, we offer customers the opportunity to purchase return labels from our discounted carriers, thereby helping you lower your return costs. Here are the criteria to be eligible for a return:

1. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after you receive the product.
2. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received – it must be unused and in a resalable condition.

In the case that an item is returned in the same condition it was received, unused and resalable, the customer is entitled to a refund however they are still subject to a restocking fee up to 20% and responsible for the associated return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but customers may purchase a different product and return the original one for a full refund if the product is not missing parts or damaged.

Refunds

After the return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected. After inspection, we will issue a refund minus any associated fees (return label, restocking fees). Refunds typically will take 3-7 business days to show up on your statement.

*We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. We only offer replacements, which are contingent upon investigation by the responsible carrier. Replacements are not returnable or refundable.
