Return & Refund Policy

We ask that customers carefully review their purchase before completing checkout. Our products are large, heavy, and expensive to ship — every return has a real environmental cost. Please use our fitment guides and product descriptions to confirm compatibility before ordering, and reach out to us at support@millercat.com if you have any questions before you buy.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — uninstalled and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price. Returns resulting from an incorrect fitment selection made by the customer are subject to the full 20% restocking fee.

Please use our fitment guides carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering and we will help you find the right part.

Return Shipping

We provide a discounted return shipping label for all accepted returns. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. You are not required to use our label, but we recommend it — due to the size and weight of our products, our discounted rates will typically be lower than retail carrier rates.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Miller CAT Corp products are heavy-duty protective components designed to be mounted underneath your vehicle. Most products are manufactured from stainless steel or aluminum and are not finish-coated — they are functional parts, not cosmetic ones.

Surface characteristics that are normal to these materials and manufacturing processes — including mill marks, minor scratches, surface oxidation, uncoated metal appearance, and manufacturing residue — are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or replacement claim. These products are engineered to live under your vehicle where they will be exposed to road conditions, and they are built to perform in that environment.

A valid damage claim is limited to cases where the product was damaged during shipping to the point that it cannot be properly installed or no longer functions as intended. Examples include a severely bent mounting plate, cracked welds, or structural deformation caused by transit.

If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@millercat.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the functional issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage

We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost or stolen, we will offer a replacement contingent upon investigation by the responsible carrier. Replacements issued for lost or stolen packages are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to place a new order for the correct part and then submit a return for the item you have. If you submit the return first, your replacement order will not be sent out until the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the applicable restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping label if provided by Miller CAT Corp. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement after we process them. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

European Union Orders

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. To be eligible, the item must be uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — please arrange your own return shipment using a tracked service. Refunds for EU withdrawals will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and are not subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate an EU withdrawal, contact us at support@millercat.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders (Non-EU)

All non-EU international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details, including how we handle damaged or non-functional items on international orders.
