We understand returns happen. Here at Miller CAT we try to present the most complete information for our products to reduce the chances you order the incorrect part. We are also constantly improving our fulfillment process to ensure you get the correct products. We aim to reduce the amount of returns needed to reduce costs and the carbon footprint of shipping.
Miller CAT does not offer free returns unless the product you received was caused by an error by the company. However, we do offer customers the ability to purchase return labels via our discounted carriers to help reduce your costs. Here are the following criteria to be eligible for a return.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after you receive the product.
The item must be in the same condition you received it and must be unused and resellable. Products that do not meet this criteria will be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
We do not offer direct exchanges, but customers may purchase a different part and return the original one for a full refund if the product is not missing parts or damaged.
After the return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected. After inspection, we will issue a refund minus any associated fees (return label, restocking fees). Refunds typically will take 3-7 business days to show up on your statement.
*We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. We only offer replacements, which are contingent upon investigation by the responsible carrier. Replacements are not returnable or refundable.
