  1. How do I access the new shop portal? You can access the shop portal directly at https://millercat.com/apps/customer-portal. You’ll also find a link to the shop portal in the footer of the Miller CAT website.

  1. Do I need to create a new account if I only have an account on CatShield.com? No, your account will be auto-created on MillerCAT.com with the same email address you use on CatShield.com. Your initial password will be set to a default password which was emailed to you. If you didn’t receive an email from us with your login details, please contact us at support@millercat.com.

  1. What if I already have an account on MillerCAT.com but not on CatShield.com? If you already have an account on MillerCAT.com, you don’t need to do anything. The shop portal is the only change, and you can continue using your existing MillerCAT account to log in.

  1. How do I set up a company on the shop portal? To create a company, log in to the shop portal and select “Company” from the left-hand side menu. From there, submit your name and email to request access.

  1. How do I see my shop discounts? Your discounts are automatically tied to your account. When logged in, you’ll see the lowest slashed prices available for your account. If you don’t see your discounts, please contact us at support@millercat.com.

  1. Can I still access CatShield.com? CatShield.com will soon redirect to MillerCAT.com. You can already find all of our products and shop features on MillerCAT.com, so we encourage you to begin using the new site now.

  1. What should I do if I have issues logging in? If you’re unable to log in, ensure you’re using the email associated with your account and the initial password previously emailed to you. If you’re still experiencing issues, contact our support team at support@millercat.com.

  1. Are all my previous orders from CatShield.com still available? Your previous order history from CatShield.com will not be visible on MillerCAT.com. If you need assistance with past orders, please contact us at support@millercat.com.

  1. Why are you transitioning from CatShield.com to MillerCAT.com? As our product line grows, we want to streamline your shopping experience by centralizing everything under MillerCAT.com. This change allows you to access all our products in one place, making it easier for you to shop and manage your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
