Miller CAT Catalytic Converters are covered by a 5 year/50,000 mile warranty that warrants that a new aftermarket catalytic converter is free from defects in materials or workmanship that would cause the converter to fail an emissions test for a period of five years of 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
The warranty is conditioned upon the converter being properly installed on a vehicle which the converter is approved for and that the vehicle was maintained in proper operating condition.
In order to be eligible for a claim, a customer should have proper maintenance records to show that proper diagnosis and maintenance was done to remedy the cause of the failed converter. A warranty claim requires that the defective converter be returned to an authorized dealer, along with the proof of purchase and properly completed warranty certificate. Any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs.
