Prius Gen 1 and Gen 2 owners are highly recommended to change their rubber exhaust hangers when installing a Cat Shield™. After years of wear and tear, your hangers should be replaced to eliminate any potential rattling of the exhaust with the installed shield.

These hangers are sold as a pair (2 hangers) and are quick and easy to install. If you had your converter replaced recently, your installer may have added new hangers and you may not need these.

Expedited Shipping Info

  • Miller CAT provides the option for expedited shipping, but is only a pass-through for additional charges. We do not make any money off of this service.
  • When calculating your possible receive date, keep in mind that shipping services do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders received after 1:00pm PST may not ship until the next business day.
  • Due to COVID and the high volume of shipments, carriers are not always able to meet their target shipping times. Please understand that we have no control over shipment tracking or times after the product leaves our facilities.
  • If you live in California or on the West Coast, you may not need expedited shipping. UPS ground service can typically reach your destination in 1-2 business days.

Perfect for 2006 Prius: Eliminated plate vibration noise completly.

On my 2006 Prius had a V2 Cat protection plate was installed, ever since we used to get the plate vibration noise and found that exhaust pipe was touching the plate and causing weird noise. After installing New Exhaust Hangers plate vibration and noise completely gone. Good product and works as expected.

Had to make a re-adjustment because the plate flexes and is very loud. Adjusted as best we could and it’s still a bit loud especially if the road is rough. Also, there are four long stud’s across the mid section of the large plate but I could only use two as there are bolts sticking out of the threads that the bolt holes line up with. Looks like an excellent deterrent but at the expense of it sounding like I have a box of pots and pans under my car getting shaken and rattled.
