We have a 90-day manufacturer's warranty against defects from the manufacturing process. This covers issues that prevent the proper installation or performance of the product.
Cosmetic imperfections that occur either from the manufacturing or shipping process are not covered. We do not manufacture cosmetic products or ones designed for show.
As far as I know there were no issues with the 3 piece install of the catalytic converter protection plates, they cost 600 and the install was 150 so still saving 4 or 500 if I had to install a new muffler system which I already had to do on another toyota. So far so good.
I installed a Cat Shield on my 2020 Tundra and now can rest easily. I was pleased with the fit of the shield pieces. Even though the stainless steel pieces made it more difficult to install without help, I was able to accomplish it and am happy with the results.

I’m very satisfied with the product, clear instructions. I just thought the shield could use more vents I’m concerned that the cats might be getting hotter than normal due to also the front part on the driver side, I ended up drilling some holes to allow more airflow. Would like to know your thoughts on that.
After studying the procedure (took awhile to fully understand) things went well. Took an 81 year old most of the day. The only problem was one exiting hole for the rivnut was a loose fit and the nut did not tighten without spinning in the hole and had to remove it and install the spare, but then it was fine. The other difficulty was the pictures di not show the 4 wheel drive transfer case being in the way and difficult to work around especially getting the rock shield removed and installed. .Finally gave up on one of the four bolts to another day.
All in all very happy, especially to get it done.
